ILLAWARRA BUSINESS CHAMBER ALLIANCE
Shoalhaven Business Chamber and Illawarra Business Chamber (IBC) have formed an alliance to provide stronger representation on Regional, State and Federal issues for business in the defined area and to ensure better outcomes in relation to member services.
Together, the IBC and SBC has close to 1000 organisational members who in turn employ over 43,000 people from across the Illawarra Region.
IBC is a member-based not for profit business support organisation, affiliated with the NSW Business Chamber. By joining the IBC, members can receive advice on topical issues such as:

Workplace policies
Superannuation
Redundancy & Termination
Leave Provision
Workers Compensation
Occupational Health & Safety
Wage rates
Business Improvement tools
The SBC & IBC alliance means that local businesses looking for this support can join the IBC and receive SBC memberships at no extra charge.
REPRESENTATION ON COMMITTEES
SBC Management Committee members collectively sit on 23 Regional, State and Federal consultative and advisory bodies, whose interests include Transport & Infrastructure, Defence, Export, Business and Community partnerships, the Arts and Economic Development.
