CRIME PREVENTION VAN
Shoalhaven Business Chamber is proud to be a major sponsor of the first Shoalhaven Crime Prevention Van.
The Chamber pledged $ 5000.00 in support when the Mayor Paul Green launched the Crime Prevention Van Fund Raising Initiative.

Is the name of the Incorporated Association that has been established to look after the future administration of the project. The Association will now be working hard to raise enough funds to purchase a second van which will be located in the Southern Region of the Shoalhaven.
On the 23rd of December 2009 The Van was launched ready to start work just prior to Christmas. Since then the van has been deployed at the following Areas:
Christmas Eve tasking all hotspots around Nowra
30.12.09 Patrolled Nowra, Bomaderry and Shoalhaven Heads
New Years Eve Visited all Bottleshops and lIcenced premises in the Shoalhaven
02.01.10 Duck Dash at Sussex Inlet
04.01.10 Goulburn
05.01.10 Shoalhaven Heads caravan park and Council Parks
06.01.10 Sanctuary Point Skate Park, Shopping Centre and surrounding areas
08.01.10 Archer Race Course - Kids day at the races
15.01.10 Arty Smith Oval, Community Event. Also night patrol at Nowra & Sanctuary Point
