What are EFT (Tapping) & TBT (Trauma Buster Technique)?

They are outcome focused and can provide the freedom of emotional liberation, healing and hope.  They are emotional versions of acupuncture, without the needles.  Stimulating points on the meridians restores the flow of the body’s energy system. By tapping to stimulate particular areas on the body where meridians are closest to the surface,
while focusing your mind on a negative event/trauma, the tapping can balance and neutralise the negative reaction, often permanently and many times in just a few minutes.

From my own personal experiences with EFT & TBT, they have been the modalities that have worked where nothing else has. EFT & TBT have enabled me to not only heal but to transform my own life! A life that is now filled with so much hope and excitement for my life and my future!

It is because of these experiences of transformation that I am so passionate and excited to offer EFT & TBT sessions and assist people overcome trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, fears and so very much more.

I am also a Reiki Practitioner and my sessions can be a beautiful combination of these modalities.

My fabulous office is comfortable, private and safe with lots of parking nearby.  Several lovely cafe’s are also in the same vicinity.

Sessions can be face-to-face of via Zoom in the comfort and privacy of your own space.
