The Awards are a wonderful opportunity for local businesses to come together; to network and celebrate the great things happening in our local region. It is a great way for people to raise awareness of their business and what it provides the Shoalhaven. This way local businesses can support each other rather than taking work outside the region.

One of the biggest costs for businesses is staff turnover. Retaining excellent staff is important to any successful business. Additionally, one of the things that is important to me in my business is making our workplace somewhere I enjoy coming to each day. I’m excited to see what other local businesses are doing in this space.
