Eliza has showcased leadership as a young business professional through a variety of aspects of her career, both in the workplace and in the community. Committed to continually improving herself and her skills through continuing education as well as taking structured advice from mentors, she has been involved in a number of impressive initiatives which have not only driven innovation and business growth for her organisation, but have also showcased the Shoalhaven region domestically and internationally.
Eliza’s extensive work with the Shoalhaven Womens Health Board, her efforts in promoting the Shoalhaven as a region in Asia through international presentations for Cherub Rubs, and her personal mentoring of others were also notable.
