Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting and Members Meeting of the Shoalhaven Business Chamber Inc. The meeting will be held on Wednesday 25th October at the Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.
The purpose of the AGM:
1. To receive and consider the Financial Statements and the Reports in respect of the Financial year ended 30 June 2023.
2. To Elect the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary—Public Officer, Ordinary Members—8 Positions.

You must be a financial member to nominate and vote.
Shoalhaven Business Chamber is accepting nominations from our members to join the Management Committee for 2023 – 2024. Nominee Forms can be found on the Shoalhaven Business Chamber website via this link.
Any notice of motion to be addressed at the Annual General Meeting must be forwarded, in writing including the names of the proposer and seconder, to the Secretary at the Shoalhaven Business Chamber Inc. via admin@shoalhavenbusiness.com.au no later than 6pm Wednesday 11th October 2023.
Nominations can only be made by Financial Members of the Chamber. Please complete nomination form by 6pm Wednesday 11th October 2023.
