Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting and Members Meeting of the Shoalhaven Business Chamber Inc. The meeting will be held on Wednesday 27th September, 2017 at the Nowra Golf Club from 6.00pm for a 6.30 start.

The purpose of the AGM:

  1. To receive and consider the Financial Statements and the Reports in respect of the Financial year ended 30 June 2017.
  2. To Elect the
  • President,
  • Vice President,
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary—Public Officer,
  • Ordinary Members—8 Positions.

You must be a financial member to nominate and vote.

Any notice of motion to be addressed at the Annual General Meeting must be forwarded, in writing including the names of the proposer and seconder, to the Secretary at the Shoalhaven Business Chamber Inc. via later than close of business Wednesday 20th September, 2017

Shoalhaven Business Chamber is accepting nominations from our members to join the Management Committee for 2017 – 2018. The nomiation form is provided below. Nominations can only be made by financial members of the Chamber. Please submit the completed form by Wednesday 20th September to: or by post or hand delivered to Chamber office

Cost: $55 pp, 2 course meal

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to catering requirements any cancellations to RSVP’s need to be advised to chamber office no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations received the day before, the day of, or after an event will not be eligible for a refund.
