Our Women in Business: Self Care for Success is happening at the very beautiful Bangalay Villas in Shoalhaven Heads. This event is all about conversations involving Women’s Wellbeing & strategies for managing your mental and physical health at the most relaxing location. And our very own President, Jemma Tribe is going to be announced as an Ambassador for Inspiring Rare Birds in the Shoalhaven. A great opportunity to support female entrepreneurs in our local region so that everyone has a chance to become an entrepreneur by choice.

Bangalay Villas owner – Michelle Bishop. Michelle juggles her newly built Bangalay Villas & Dining along with 4 children and understands the need for balance & self-care to be the best version of herself that she can be.
Jo Burston – Inspiring Rare Birds. Having joined us for the Women’s Conference in May, Jo is back to share some exciting news and to continue to inspire women to take care of themselves in order to thrive.
June Stevens is a retired local of the area who is currently sits on the Board for Southern Cross Community Housing. She is the former Chief Executive Officer of Australian National Lifeline and Lifeline South Coast. She is a Foundation member of the Nowra Neighbourhood Centre and has been a Marriage and Family Thrapist for over ten years.
Dale Wakefield is Health care leader who has established and managed health services around the world. He began his career as a registered nurse and is well known for achieving improved clinical outcomes, as well as business growth and managing large complex teams successfully. Dale is married with two daughters and is passionate about improved health outcomes for the whole community.
Our Women in Business Group aims to create a community of women who inspire and support each other to achieve their dreams. We want to inspire and develop an entrepreneurial spirit and encourage a greater representation of women in positions of leadership across our community.
