We truly went all out with this year’s Awards Gala. Guests were wowed on arrival with the spectacular Awards Aerialist, sponsored by Cupitt’s Winery. Natasha, the Aerialist, served guests champagne while suspended upside down in a Lyra (hoop).

The room looked simply breathtaking, with lighting provided by major sponsor CMG Audio Visual, and styling by 2016 winner of Outstanding Home Based Business, Lily Ever After in partnership with Creativlee Weddings + Events.

Our entertainment, singer Mikaela Dean, provided by Musicland and sponsored by the Druce DP Group, surprised guests by commencing on the upper floor of the Entertainment Centre and making her way through the crowd and to the stage. Mikaela was accompanied by an incredible performance by dancers from Awards finalist, DanceWorks by Amy Evison.

MC Chance Hanlon also upped the ante by arriving on the upper floor and made his way to the stage slowly, stopping and interacting with guests.

We had live chats with many of our guests, thanks to co-MC Bec Hanlon and the Macey Media live camera crew, including a number of UOW alumni.

We finished off the night with a tonne of fun at the SG Technologies After Party in the Gallery. Mikaela’s band, The Company, and DJ Chad Davis kept us entertained, and the most incredible photo booth from Photo Booth Studio ensured guests took home some quirky happy snaps.

Thank you to The Marketing Clan for creating a beautiful Awards program for our guests to read and take home.

Thank you to all our sponsors, in particular event partner Shoalhaven City Council, and major sponsors CMG Audio Visual, SG Technologies, Fire Service PlusWebics2ST and Power FM for making it possible to create such a memorable night.
