The Shoalhaven Business Chamber and Macey Insurance Brokers are now inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from local charities, not-for-profit organisations, social service providers, and community groups to be considered as beneficiaries of the 13th Annual Shoalhaven Business Chamber and Macey Insurance Brokers Charity Golf Day, to be held on Friday, 20 November 2026 at Shoalhaven Heads Golf Club.
This annual event has become one of the Shoalhaven’s most successful community fundraising initiatives, raising more than $180,000 for local charities and community organisations since its inception.

The Shoalhaven Defence Families Association Inc. (SDFA) is a not-for-profit organisation established to bring fun, friendship, and support to defence and civilian families in the Shoalhaven and surrounding areas. The association provides moral and emotional support to help defence families navigate the challenges and demands of military life while operating various activities and training programs.
BCR Communities (formerly Bay & Basin Community Resources) is a community-led, not-for-profit organisation that has been serving the Shoalhaven and Illawarra regions for over 30 years. The organisation believes in thriving communities living happy, healthy, meaningful and productive lives, with a dedicated team of staff and volunteers providing quality Aged Care, NDIS and Community Services, including their Community Radio Station – Bay & Basin 92.7FM.
Can Assist Shoalhaven provides local cancer assistance for the Shoalhaven and surrounding areas through financial assistance, practical support and raising awareness. Formed in 2010, Can Assist Shoalhaven raises funds to provide financial assistance to people in the local community who are undergoing cancer treatment. The Shoalhaven branch consists of a small dedicated group of people who enjoy fundraising together and are fortunate to be supported in their efforts by numerous local individuals and community groups to enable people to have access to vital financial support during their treatment journey.
