The Bomaderry Bowling Club has a growth focused strategy, implemented through amalgamation with other clubs, and has diversified its tourism offer through the establishment of the Chinese Cultural Centre and by holding the Shoalhaven Wedding Expo.

The Club is focused on using its strengths within hospitality to provide training, educational and career opportunities to local school students. Club management demonstrated a real sense of pride that a recent apprentice chef has obtained a job with a two hat restaurant in Sydney.
