The judges had a difficult time splitting the entrants in this category. Each employer was absolutely passionate about their candidate and this was infectious.

In the midst of this golden stardust, Eric shone just that little bit brighter. Eric earned the respect of the judges through his quiet determination to find a home for every potentially homeless person under his charge.

Eric’s compassion and integrity is matched by his extensive knowledge of his service area. Eric has successfully used these attributes to help the less fortunate build a bridge out of poverty.

For this effort, Eric is a worthy recipient of the inaugural Shoalhaven Employee of the Year Award.
