Congratulations to RMB Lawyers, winner of the Excellence in Innovation Award

As an award-winning innovative firm, RMB Lawyers has grown 500% in recent years. RMB’s Nowra office is a key focal point for their rural New South Wales business. The firm has improved business practices, empowered and retained experienced staff, and revolutionised the delivery and quality of legal services in rural New South Wales. The recent introduction of fixed fees across all services has driven efficiencies in time and data management. More importantly for the Shoalhaven, RMB Lawyers has launched Unison Outsourcing which has brought capital city commercial work to Nowra, stopped legal work from being outsourced overseas and created more work and career path opportunities for university law graduates in the Shoalhaven and other regional areas. RMB is a worthy winner of the Excellence in Innovation Award, having demonstrated innovation that has impacted the business towards growth, expansion and sustainability.
