This is not a technology presentation. It is a hands-on opportunity to experience the tools that businesses across
Australia are using today to improve workforce capability, it can help reduce training costs and does help create better
customer experiences.

On the day, attendees will:
• Experience immersive VR technology firsthand
• Hear how businesses are using VR for staff onboarding, training and skills development
• Learn how regional businesses can access the same innovative tools as metropolitan organisations

A highlight of the session will be an interactive demonstration of Minaca VR’s Managing Customer Aggression training
program, developed by Australian Award Winning VR specialists Start Beyond. This immersive experience places
participants in realistic workplace scenarios, showcasing how businesses can deliver effective training regardless of
their location.

Australian Startup Employers are nbn’s technical partner for the national VR roadshow.
