Unlock your Innovation Superpowers: Design(h)er Thinking – Why Women Make Great Problem-Solvers & Innovators
Join us for an inspiring womens conference at the historic Nowra School of Arts on Thursday, October 23rd as we explore the untapped potential within every woman to drive innovation and change.
Women have long been at the forefront of innovation, bringing unique perspectives and solutions to the table. At Design(h)er Thinking, we will delve deeper into how women’s experiences shape their approach to problem-solving. For instance, consider the role of empathy in women’s leadership styles. Studies have shown that women tend to lead with empathy, which is a critical component of innovative thinking.
Keynote Speaker: Nicola Panopoulos A positive disruptor and innovation specialist, Nicola will reveal how women are already employing strategic thinking that forms the foundation of Design Thinking, Human Centred Design, and Complex Problem Solving – often without even realizing it. This thought-provoking session will help you recognize your innovative capabilities and provide a roadmap for conscious strategy in your everyday work.

This conference is not just about learning; it’s about interaction and engagement. Attendees will participate in hands-on workshops designed to foster creativity and innovative thinking.
