The Shoalhaven Business Chamber is proud to launch Grow Together, an 8-week mentor program designed to support local business owners, employees and emerging leaders across the Shoalhaven.

Running from 15 October to 10 December 2026, the program will match mentees with volunteer mentors for weekly catch-ups, supported by four interactive workshops hosted at the University of Wollongong Shoalhaven Campus.

The program is open to local people who are looking to build confidence, strengthen their leadership skills, make meaningful business connections and gain practical support from experienced local leaders.

Mentees will be asked to commit to the full 8 weeks. The subsidised cost is $190 per person, which can be paid by the individual or their employer. A limited number of fully funded places will also be available for those experiencing financial hardship.

We are also seeking experienced local business people who would like to volunteer as mentors and share their knowledge, insights and encouragement with the next generation of Shoalhaven leaders.

Registrations close Monday 14 September 2026 to allow time for mentor and mentee matching.
