The Big Idea

What if the biggest barriers to success aren’t a lack of knowledge but uncertainty about money, and not fully understanding the why behind our decisions?

The She’s Got This 2026 Conference is designed to empower Shoalhaven women with practical financial knowledge, greater self-awareness, and the confidence to take their next step—whether in business, leadership, career or life.

Celebrating 10 years of Shoalhaven Business Chamber Women in Business, this year’s conference is more than a day of inspiring speakers. It’s an interactive experience where you’ll gain valuable insights, build meaningful connections, and leave with practical strategies you can put into action immediately.

Hear From Two Incredible Speakers

Effie Zahos

9News Money Editor & Today Show Regular

Discover your “Money Personality” with one of Australia’s most trusted financial commentators.

Effie translates big economic trends into practical, everyday strategies that make managing money feel achievable. From simple money hacks and smarter budgeting to making the most of your superannuation, she’ll help you take control of your financial story with confidence.

Effie Zahos has been on a lifelong mission to make money talk a lot less boring and a lot more accessible for everyone. As the Money Editor for Channel 9NEWS and also a familiar face of fiance on the Today Show she translates complex economic headlines into plain English for millions of Australians.

With over 30 years of experience including her long-standing tenure as Editor of Money magazine—Effie is one of Australia’s most trusted voices in financial literacy. She currently sits on the board of the ASX-listed InvestSMART and serves as a Director at the Ecstra Foundation. Through her work with Ecstra, she is proud to support the Talk Money initiative, a national school-based program that has already empowered over 500,000 students to build financial confidence.

An author of books such as A Real Girl’s Guide to Money, Ditch the Debt and get Rich and the children’s title The Great Money Adventure, Effie focuses on education and advocacy. Her goal … helping Australians understand the “why” behind the numbers so they can navigate their own financial journey with confidence.

Miranda Packer

Leadership Coach & Values Strategist

In this interactive session, Miranda unpacks the (often invisible) link between our values and beliefs, and our financial choices: why we spend, save, avoid, or overcommit the way we do.

Miranda is a Leadership Coach and Values Strategist. She helps women get radically honest about what’s actually driving decisions that shape their leadership, life and legacy.

With 15+ years in leadership, Miranda is also an accredited Emotional Fitness Coach and Advanced eDISC Consultant who loves working alongside leaders and their teams to close the gap between the values we say we hold and the ones actually driving our choices.
