To close out Harmony Week, we’re doing something a little different… and very Shoalhaven.

The Shoalhaven Business Chamber, in collaboration with our member Two Brown Men, is proud to present The Inaugural Shoalhaven Harmony Cup – bringing together players from across our region, across cultures, and across clubs.

We’ve formed two brand-new teams:

 Shoalhaven Asian Strikers
 The Rest of the World

This isn’t elite-only, and it’s not overly serious – it’s about connection, community and celebrating the incredible multicultural talent right here in the Shoalhaven.

That said… we’ve uncovered some genuine stars across the Shoalhaven District Cricket Association clubs  There are some very skilled players taking the field, alongside cricketers of all levels. It’s going to be entertaining.

We are incredibly grateful to:
 Two Brown Men – who first brought this idea to the Business Chamber and helped make it a reality.
 David Sloane, Life Member of the Shoalhaven District Cricket Association and the Shoalhaven Ex Servicemen’s Cricket Club, for guiding us through the cricket side of things.
The Bomaderry Nowra Lions Club for coming on board to cater for our spectators.
 Our local clubs and players who have embraced the concept with such enthusiasm.

This is our first year – and we hope to make it an annual event.

This is volunteer organised and run. This is also the first event of its kind. We don’t want anyone to feel left out but we also want to ‘trial’ this event before we potentially go BIGGER next year.

It’s a free event so bring your family, bring your mates and bring a picnic rug.
