How important are the tourism and hospitality industries to the Shoalhaven?
Given our proximity to Sydney and Canberra, as well as being one of the most beautiful regions in Australia, I would say tourism & hospitality are the most important industries for the economy and growth of the region. The tourism dollar is vital to the life blood of many businesses in our region.
Why are these industries important for Integrity Real Estate?
Population growth is vital to a thriving real estate environment. The Shoalhaven is a popular holiday destination for baby boomers, and many are likely to relocate to the Shoalhaven once they reach retirement. The investment they make into our region by relocating here is not only vital to the growth of the real estate industry, but to all businesses serving the community.
