We will bring our own golf cart – $100 each

We will not require a golf cart

If you bring your own cart, 100% of the profits go direct to the charities.

We will email a tax invoice to the address you have given above. Your sponsorship, team and any carts are reserved as soon as you submit this form. Payment is due within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

Terms and Conditions

The Shoalhaven Business Chamber (SBC) reserves the right to reject any sponsor it deems inappropriate.
Sponsorship packages do not include additional team entry costs unless the selected package specifically includes a team.
Sponsorship funds and required details must be provided to SBC within 10 days of receipt of acceptance. Sponsorships cannot be confirmed without payment.
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable. If a sponsor cancels within 14 days of the event, they remain responsible for the full sponsorship fee.
SBC is not liable for damage to or loss of sponsor property due to theft, accident or other causes.
Any damage to a hired golf cart will be the responsibility of the hirer on the day.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements apply throughout the event.

Photography Consent – Please Read

By attending the event, you give permission for the Shoalhaven Business Chamber to use photographs and video footage taken during the event, as well as written comments provided through event evaluation forms, for future advertising, communications and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us prior to the event or at registration on the day. You will be provided with a wristband to identify your preference to event photographers.
