Congratulations on taking the first step towards entering the Awards.

Let me tell you about my experience with the Awards and why entering or sponsoring the event every year is now a major part of the Integrity Real Estate’s annual business strategy.

Now in its 33^rd year, the Awards is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, event on the Shoalhaven business events calendar.

For Integrity Real Estate, entering or sponsoring the event is quite seriously, a no-brainer. We’ve entered for the last 7 years and expect to do so as long as the Awards are around.

Why?
It comes down to three clear benefits:

1. It gives your business exposure to the entire Shoalhaven business community, as well as incredible public exposure for you and for your business – you never know what doors might open or who you might discover and start doing business with
2. It is an ideal opportunity to reflect on your business and your achievements over the past 12 months
3. It is a great night for your team, and an amazing opportunity for them to contribute to your entry, and be part of the celebrations on the night.

Never before has there been so much support available for entering, and for producing outstanding entries. Last year the organisers introduced a workshop where you could learn more about the process of entering.

This year, even more information is available in the form of a podcast, where a range of experts are interviewed. The workshop will be a different format, where you can actually get direct and specific help on your chosen category.

There is also a tonne of information on this website, so I encourage you to take a look around and read and learn as much as possible.

Importantly, I encourage you to start your application early. Log in, create your profile, and read through the questions as soon as the Awards launch on 17^th May. Give yourself plenty of time to review the questions, undertake research, and create a winning entry.
