BCR Communities is a local not for profit provider building connected, resourceful communities for over 35 years through our youth & community, aged care, and disability services. BCR’s Activities Hub in Sanctuary Point, includes our Community Radio 92.7FM, Community Shed (woodwork studio), Creative Space (home to our volunteer Pirates band), Work, Life & Training program (disability services), BCR’s Social Enterprises, and our Ls to Ps Driver Mentoring program. The BCR Youth & Community Centre in Sanctuary Point hosts our Community and Family Support (CAFS) program, Second Chance Op Shop, low-cost Pocket Pantry, and Emergency Relief program. Our Youth Collective Pods Precinct adjoins our Wellness Centre and Wellness Garden and is a dedicated youth space including a Training Café, arts and crafts Maker Space with outdoor areas and a yarning circle. Our range of in-home aged care services provides support to over 600 older people across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven so they can remain living independently at home for longer.
