Congratulations to CareSouth, winner of the Business of the Year award. The winner of this category is deemed as the most outstanding of all entries received and excels in financial, customer and employee outcomes; inclusive practices; social responsibility, and its contribution to the Shoalhaven business and community. It is also a positive representative of the Shoalhaven to the region and state. The judges said the following about CareSouth:

As is the case in most years, this years 'Business of the Year' was hotly contested, with both category winners and highly commended recipients being part of the judging process.

It should be noted that as is the case every year, this category encompasses both profit; not for profit as well as charitable organisations - all of whom work together in representing the vibrant, progressive and successful business environment that exists in the Shoalhaven.

This year’s winner is a standout in many ways. They are progressive in their employment. They attract, reward, develop and empower employees. They are committed to their customers and suppliers, working closely and innovatively with all; and they are an expert in their field to the extent that this Shoalhaven-established business is now spreading its wings to all areas of the state of New South Wales.
