Sponsored by Waterways Swim School, this Award recognises not-for-profit organisations that are positively contributing to the Shoalhaven community through projects, services and/or through other long term initiatives.

This category of the Awards saw five finalists of exceptional quality and each entrant should be extremely proud of the service they provide to the Shoalhaven. CareSouth has demonstrated absolute excellence in community service. Their leaders drive change and influence policy at a national and state level, and their dedicated team understand exactly what services and programs are required to best suit the people they help, even when government assistance is not available. CareSouth engages with the community to establish critical partnerships and programs to address key challenges associated with provision of community services in the Shoalhaven. The business has clarity in its planning and objectives from a strategic level to operational day-to-day tasks. All facets of the organisation are monitored, assessed and adjusted to provide the best possible outcomes for those in need within the region.
