Sponsored by Hotondo South Coast, this award recognises a new `fledgling’ business that has been operating for at least six months and less than two years – and is open to entrants from all industries. Businesses that have had a complete change in ownership and a proven new direction in operations within this timeframe will also be eligible.

James and the team at Quest have achieved outstanding results since opening in April 2015. Not only have they achieved great success in the Shoalhaven, but the business itself ranks highly in performance of Quest businesses around Australia. James, as the franchisee has built a team that practices inclusiveness, with team members being able to be involved in support for charities. Quest Nowra generates a positive image for Nowra and the Shoalhaven. Their collaboration and referral to other businesses including restaurants, cafes and destinations supports the broader business community.
