Providing maintenance and new installations in the electrical, air conditioning, renewable energy and plumbing sectors, Simmark demonstrate an outstanding business model. A proactive approach to their customers through free seminars; investment in new technologies; excellent staff retention; and profit sharing with employees created a standout business in this category. With a recent expansion to the Southern Highlands the judges were impressed by the positive plans that Mark and Matthew had in place to not only sustain the business, but grow it further as new opportunities arise.
