Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting and Members Meeting of the Shoalhaven Business Chamber Inc. The meeting will be held on Thursday 29th September, 2022 at the Bomaderry Bowling Club from 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start.
The purpose of the AGM:
1. To receive and consider the Financial Statements and the Reports in respect of the Financial year ended 30 June 2022.
2. To Elect the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary—Public Officer, Ordinary Members—8 Positions.

You must be a financial member to nominate and vote.
Shoalhaven Business Chamber is accepting nominations from our members to join the Management Committee for 2022 – 2023. Nominee Forms can be found on the Shoalhaven Business Chamber Website www.shoalhavenbusinesschamber.com.au.
Any notice of motion to be addressed at the Annual General Meeting must be forwarded, in writing including the names of the proposer and seconder, to the Secretary at the Shoalhaven Business Chamber Inc. via admin@shoalhavenbusiness.com.au no later than close of business Thursday 22nd September, 2022
Nominations can only be made by Financial Members of the Chamber. Please submit the completed nomination form by 5pm Thursday 22nd September to: admin@shoalhavenbusiness.com.au
