Skills to Save Lives are CPR and First Aid education specialists. Our focus is to help businesses and groups gain and retain the skills, knowledge and confidence required to respond in an emergency situation as an individual and as a team. We empower people to act not react and ultimately improve the injured or ill persons recovery rate and/or chance of survival.
Skills to Save Lives offers the nationally recognised, accredited, WorkCover approved CPR and First Aid units of competency, as well as, a number of workshops designed to empower people of all ages with the skills to save lives.

Glenn Congram: Founder & Trainer
Glenn is an ardent first aid advocate who became a full time Paramedic in 1991. Since then community members in both rural NSW and metropolitan Sydney have benefited from his extensive on-road and managerial experience. With a passion for saving lives and helping his community, it was a natural progression for Glenn to start Just First Aid in 2003. “I wanted people to feel confident in their own abilities if they were faced with an emergency situation. Providing first aid assistance can be scary but as a Paramedic I hear all too often the words I didn’t know what to do or I just stood there. By starting Just First Aid I hoped that I could alleviate some of the fear and help my community to save lives.” In 2009 Glenn was awarded the Royal Humane Society’s Bronze Medal for Bravery by Governor Marie Bashir at a ceremony at Government House in Sydney for his heroic lifesaving actions at the scene of a motor vehicle accident in Dolphin Point.
