The Mother Movement is an online platform where you will be guided through your Fourth Trimester by a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, Dietician and Psychologist. As mothers themselves they know how hard it can be to filter through information and find the time to attend appointments. Members have access to a series of videos, resources and an online community to support and assist them with the journey of Postnatal Recovery.
